This lingering issue should speak to the NFL teams that something’s got to give. Great coaches should be chosen based off of their capabilities, not their color.

It’s wrong for the NFL to limit the potential of African Americans seeking to lead a team. We must fight to create a more inclusive atmosphere in the NFL where talented African-American coaches don’t have to wait in the wings while white coaches take the lead.
